We're definitely here to help.  If you trust us to send you a CD-ROM, the least we can do is make our best effort to ensure that the CD-ROM you receive works as you hoped it would.

We were thinking about calling these Frequently Asked Questions, but honestly, we don't get very many inquiries about problems.  Maybe the best name for this section would be "Occasionally Asked Questions."

Question:  I put the CD in my CD drive and nothing happens.  What do I do now?

Question:  I got a peculiar message about "active content" after my CD started up.  What should I do?
